Iraqi Shias again victims of sucide bombing

At least 28 people, including women and children have been killed near the Iraqi city of Samarra. One source said a suicide car bomber drove into a crowd of pilgrims visiting the city’s holy Shia shrine as it left the relative safety of a bus. Other sources say the bomber was on foot. Dozens of other people have been injured. It is the second attack on Shias near Samarra this week.
